ABOUT THE RISK MANAGEMENT FOUNDATION TRAINING COURSE

This Risk Management Foundation course deals with key Risk terminologies, and gives a high-level understanding of the globally respected Risk Management standard ISO 31000:2018, which is often used to put in place the Risk Management Framework for other standards also, such as the ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 9001:2015, and others. This course helps participants to appreciate how risk management can helps organizations to put in place the needed controls and monitoring that can enable the organization to meet its growth and revenue targets.

This Training Course is offered on a blended mode, which you can attend over weekends and non-office hours, so that you can cement your knowledge at a relaxed pace, and also review any needed portions again and again, based on your own schedule. Live Instructor-led Knowledge recap and Q&A sessions are regularly conducted to enable networking, clear any doubts and to further embed the learnings in your mind. Typical course access is 30 days.

The FQA International Risk Management Foundation Certificate will be issued (optional) to those who successfully pass the course-end online examination (60 questions, 60 minutes duration, multiple choice).

ABOUT THE COURSE DESIGNER

DHIRAJ LAL

Dhiraj Lal has over 20 years BCM experience and 32 years overall. He is the Executive Director of Continuity and Resilience (C&R), which is a 4 time winner of Business Continuity Service Provider of the Year honour, awarded by the UK-based Business Continuity Institute.

He has worked with Citibank, Standard Chartered, Agilent and American Express (as the BCM Program Sponsor and Head). He has been invited to present at the BCI Annual conference in the UK, DRI US, BCMI Singapore, itSMF UK, DRI Asia in Malaysia, ISACA UAE, and also various Crisis, BCM and IT Resilience Summits in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, KSA and India.

Dhiraj Lal is Asia’s first BSI appointed Technical Expert for BS25999 / ISO 22301, and is also a BS25999 / ISO 22301 assessor. He teaches the advanced level certification workshops in Risk/ISO 31000, and also consults in implementation of Risk Management, BCM, Crisis Management etc. He is an Author also:
